Travel Opportunities

The Arkansas Geographic Alliance is committed to assist teachers develop professionally. Part of that development includes domestic and international travel. For example, each year, Harding University takes a group of teachers to some region of the United States. The Alliance will provide travel assistance to the Executive Board, TC Board of Advisers, Teacher Consultants, and Alliance members who are actively involved in promoting geography education. If you are traveling as part of a professional development activity, contact the Alliance coordinators to determine whether or not the Alliance can contribute to your travel expenses.
